Authentication

1. Logging in

To access the system, you must first log in with your credentials.

  • Login page: Access is granted through a dedicated login page where you will be prompted to enter your username and password
  • Username: Your registered account email address serves as your username
  • Successful login: Upon successful login, you will be directed to the list of existing projects in your company

2. Session management

The system has specific rules regarding active user sessions to ensure security.

  • Single session policy: For all users, except those with the "Super administrator" role, only one active session is permitted at a time. When you log in, any other active sessions you may have on other devices or browsers will be automatically terminated

  • Super administrator sessions: Users with the "Super administrator" role are exempt from the single-session limit and can have multiple concurrent sessions open

  • Session duration: All user sessions have a maximum duration of 12 hours. After 12 hours of activity, you will be automatically logged out and will need to log in again to continue using the system. This rule applies to all user roles, including Super administrators

3. Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the login page.

  • Password reset request: On the login page, you will find a "Forgot password?" or similar link. Clicking this will initiate the password reset process. You will be prompted to enter your account email address to receive further instructions

4. Incorrect login attempts

The system protects account security by providing a generic notification for failed login attempts.

  • Error notification: If you enter an incorrect username or password, a notification will appear stating: "The username or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again."

  • Security measure: To prevent unauthorized users from guessing which credential is correct, the system displays the same notification whether the error is in the username or the password. It does not specify which part of your credentials was entered incorrectly
